Wellness and Life Coaching for Equestrian Teens and Adults

We’ll teach you how to manage anxiety, build unshakable confidence, and balance passions with academic/career goals—without burning out. If you don’t see a transformation, we’ll continue working with you or your teen until you do.

Teen Equestrian, Showjumping -

"Doing this program has made me a more confident rider. Even my trainer noticed. While riding in the ring, he told me I was really "on those distances," and I feel like I am riding well. The breathing and positive self-talk have helped the most. Knowing that negative emotions are not real, that they don't have any merit, has helped me stay more positive. Mentally, I have gotten a lot stronger, and I am more capable of handling nerves because now I am capable of taking a big, deep breath!"

Olivia Disch English, Amateur Dressage Rider -

"I have worked with Kirstie and can attest to her commitment to help riders find their joy! A horse girl through and through she is extremely brave and insightful. This sport is hard and complicated...Kirstie thoughtfully guided me back to finding the pure "joy" of riding! Run don't walk if you feel you are missing something...she will help you find IT!."
