Is your horse or rider struggling with self-confidence? I can help with that.

Beyond life-coaching, I also offer horse training and riding services for those struggling with confidence and anxiety, both horse and rider. If your horse needs help developing trust, relaxation, or confidence under saddle, I will work directly with them through training rides to build a strong foundation. I also provide confidence-focused riding lessons, blending mindfulness and effective riding techniques to help riders feel more secure, connected, and capable. My signature 12-week program includes groundwork to strengthen communication, effective flatwork to build connection, jumping to increase confidence, and mindfulness practices to reduce anxiety, stress, and fear. My goal is to support both horse and rider in building a partnership based on trust and confidence. Some stories of horses I have worked with are below.

Stories of horses I have worked with are below!

6-year-old gaining confidence in the 1.20m.

I am passionate about helping young horses develop confidence in and out of the ring. I started working with this gelding when he arrived in America in the fall of 2023 at the age of 5 years (rising 6-year-old). Initially, this horse was still figuring out his style and tended to overjump. Today, I showed this horse up to 1.25, and I plan to move him up to 1.30 in the summer of 2025.

This video was shot in Wellington, Florida, at the Winter Equestrian Festival in 2025 on Nelson.

Sensitive Mare Gaining Confidence at 1.40

This very sensitive mare (Anna) spent most of her young life as a brood mare. Now, she found herself in a show barn and shows much potential! She was very “hot” and tended to run “through your hand” before the jump. I rode Anna to help her gain confidence at a larger fence height (1.40) by staying soft but firm in the contact and allowing her to use her “spice” in a free and forward fashion. Her previous experience was mostly in the 1.20 and 1.25.

Simple Exercises Build Confidence.

My approach to building confidence with my horses and riders is to return to the basics by keeping exercises simple yet effective. The liver chestnut is a 7-year-old mare I worked with to help gain her confidence in the 1.20. This mare did not love to stay “through her body” when approaching the jump. We worked on suppleness and implosion to help her jump confidently. The bay horse is a 13-year-old gelding who is plenty confident. I just enjoy riding him :)

7-year-old hunter gaining confidence moving up to the 3’6.’

I worked with this sensitive mare after she returned from a “cowboy” because she didn’t like to move forward and reared when she was ridden. By the end of our training, she enjoyed jumping around the 3’6” division and was sold and has had immense success with a junior rider (under 18 years).

Helping Older Horses Find Their Strength

My passion for helping horses build confidence is not just for the young! I also love working with older horses who might need to find a new path. I helped the gray horse to the left move from the jumpers to the hunters to the dressage ring as her body started to change in her older age.

Senior Jumper Mare Transitioning to Dressage

I worked with this mare up to level II dressage to help her gain strength and maintain her health as she reached her “golden years.”
